You can get information from the database using the search function according to the distinctive characteristics of the companies of a given group and the available information of any of these can be seen.
You can search according to the followings :
The geographical location of the company:
In this case you can choose the preferred county from a pulldown menu of "COUNTY" or you can type the name of the preferred settlement in the "CITY/SETTLEMENT" field. The chosen county appears on the schematic map of the country in a different colour.
The trade of the company:
You can select from the menu of the "TRADE GROUP" the specific trade group you are looking for (leather, footwear, leather goods, accessories, etc.). It is possible then to search according to the next selected category (place of activity). In case a company is interested in more than one trade group, then naturally it can be found in all the mentioned groups (if the company found it necessary to indicate it).
The activity of the company:
It is then possible to select according to the "ACTIVITY" of the company, searching for the activity type of your interest (production, sale, education, consulting, testing, etc.) In which case you can link to one of the previous selection possibilities (trade group). In case a company is interested in more than one type of activity then it can be found in all the mentioned groups (if the company found it necessary to indicate it).
The number of employees in the company:
You can select according to the "NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES" , so your search will only include the companies of a given size which then would be listed. In this case searching according to "all" option is also allowed.
SO, ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE FOUR CATEGORIES A LINKED SEARCH IS POSSIBLE. CLICKING ON ANY OF THE COMPANIES IN THE APPEARING LIST YOU CAN SEE ALL THE DATA IN OUR DATABASE OF THE GIVEN COMPANY.
NATURALLY IT IS POSSIBLE TO SEARCH FOR A SINGLE COMPANY IF THE NAME OR THE FIRST WORD OF THE NAME IS WRITTEN IN THE VERY FIRST MENU FIELD.
There is a further searching possibility according to the ISIC (International Standard of Industrial Classification of All Economical Activity) number where a certain overlapping can be found between “trade group” and “type of activity”. This means that it is not possible to use linked search with both the ISIC numbers and “trade group” / “type of activity”.
So, you can choose the following possibilities: If you wish to search according to the ISIC number, than you can not activate the “trade group” and “type of activity” options, excepting the case when from the "ISIC Number" field you chose the "All the ISIC Numbers" option.
Please note, that each company appears under the ISIC number of its main activity (which they indicated) even if it has other fields of activity.
In case of some companies there are only four basic data available (name, address, ISIC number and the number of employees). In other cases companies released other information such as name and address of other production units, the year of foundation, the name of the manager, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, web site, main products, production data, capacity, production value and the countries where they export their products, etc. While another group of companies introduce themselves, their products and activities in a more detailed manner with documentary information including pictures.
